i will never forget. That was the second worse day ever for me. I wasn't in new york but in philly and everything was shut down with little to no news. I was scheduled to be in new york,The Mariot at world trade, for training that day but got cancelled the morning before. Someone was looking out for me.

You were lucky. I remember exactly what I

heard and seen that day about the pentagon and what was said. The Coke guy told me bout it, I blew him off, and a min later , Bud called me. It was real.

Theres a park called Washington Rock in the mountains of Somerset Cty NJ. Its an old camp memorial where Washington would sit and watch the movement of the British troops during the war. Its a clear view to the city and its where I happened to be that day. I watched the tower fall and I cried. It had a special meaning being in that spot and watching everything unfold. I know we all felt something that day. Despite politics screwing things up, this is still the greatest place n Earth.

Perhaps we can't forget 9-11 but is it really productive to continue to dwell on negative things? Anger is sometimes justified, but prolonged anger will sow the seeds of bitterness. How many bitter people do we know that are happy and prosperious? Just something to consider.

I never felt more Patriotic in my life. I live about 45 minutes away from Shanksville PA, that is where the plane went down in the field.

About 12:30PM on 9-11, 3 jet fighters flew over my house going like a bats out of hell, going to the scene. I can still remember the earth shakin as the flew by............I can still remember the chills that I got. Unreal.

Say what you want, but this still is the best country in the world for me. Alot of folks gave literally everything for us to be able to do what we want to do.

Good enough for me!!

Our country Sucks? Move to the shade? If you were anywhere but in the US, you would have been hung or stoned by now. But you live in a nation where you CAN and just DID speak your mind without the thought of retaliation. I dont look down at what you just said, your an american, YOU HAVE THAT RIGHT.

I traveled to over 26 countries during my military days. And let me tell you, this Is BY FAR the BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD! Yes, we have a good percentage of corrupt politicians that only care about themselves and complain and cry more than my 3 yr old. They will do and say whatever it takes to get votes, and often forget about you once they are in office. Yes, there are many ungrateful SOBs out there that want everything for free. Yes, we currently have a spineless government that is only concerned about being politically correct and determined to ruin everything that this great country represents and stands for. Yes, many of our current government leaders are doing and saying things that disrespects every military service man and woman that died for our freedom. Yes, We Need to VOTE In A NEW Group of politicians for MANY REASONS!. But, at the end of day, I am still damn glad to be an American! And to All that lost their life on 9-11 and to Everyone that lost a loved one on that day... We Will NEVER Forget!!!!!!!

I copied and pasted my link in the address bar and worked fine for me, your link you posted isn't working for some reason , idk. For some reason and idk why but my link button does not work and I have it in advance editor and have posted it in the right format. I still do not know why it doesn't work.
